A sheet pan takes the concept of a one-pot meal and flips it onto a pan. It saves time, makes clean-up easier, and doesn't require expensive equipment or fancy ingredients. Just start with your protein of choice, then add vegetables, fat and flavorings, and roast at high heat until everything is golden brown.

Cover the baking sheet completely, including the sides and corners, to catch any mess.
Here are some foods to consider in your meal prep: Lean proteins: Chicken, beef, pork, turkey, seafood, eggs, Greek yogurt, tofu, and cottage cheese. Whole grains: Brown rice, oats, buckwheat, quinoa, and barley. Pulses: Beans, chickpeas, lentils, and peas.
You can meal prep hard-boiled eggs, fried eggs, as well as almost any egg-based dish, like omelettes, quiches, and casseroles with eggs. When properly stored, eggs last up to a week in the fridge and for several months in the freezer.
Temperatures range from 375-400°F for sheet pan meals. Depending on the vegetables and protein you've chosen, it may take anywhere from 35-45 minutes to cook thoroughly. Remember if you've chosen something you know will overcook in that period, you want to add it in later on in the cooking time.
Full sheet pans are 26″ x 18″ and are designed for commercial ovens. These pans all have a raised rim that's about 1-inch high. How do I know what size sheet pan I have? You can easily determine your baking sheet's size by using a measuring tape or ruler to measure the width and length of the inside of the pan.
