@Ask_Spectrum why is Sundance the only channel on my cable tv that is wonky pixelated for the past 3 days? Audio is fine, video is horrid...all other channels not affected...same on all cable boxes....fix it please....thx..

I spent a total of 3 hours @GetSpectrum and they couldn’t help me. They asked if I wanted to trade in my brand new phone to get one of theirs. They would give me half of what I paid. WTF? Sounds like a scam. I’ll be taking my service elsewhere.

@kablades @GetSpectrum I guess they use the same network as T-Mobile which has very wide coverage. My brother switched from Spectrum to Mint a few months ago and does not at all regret his decision.

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum #SPECTRUM honestly the inconsistency with your wifi/internet service is robbery at this point. Constantly either no service, weak service, or (if we’re lucky) actually working. Can you guys at least act like you’re capable of these services. Sheesh

@flutiefan @Ask_Spectrum Funny! I am in 11372 and just got off a chat with customer service about how our internet has been cutting out constantly for the last 24 hours abs they told me my router might not be coded correctly - what a scam! LOL

@Ask_Spectrum 10-4, just an FYI, the issue is with a signal not coming into the house. It's at the pole or further back (modem can't lock downstream/upstream).

@kablades @GetSpectrum I used to have Verizon for over a decade but switched to Spectrum due to Verizon’s outrageous costs. Mint Mobile gives more data for equal cost with wider range apparently. Haven’t switched yet but plan to. My Spectrum cell service is also a bit buggy.

@Ask_Spectrum I’ll try but right now I don’t have any cell service, trying to restore with ATT but now it’s a cluster due to spectrum inability to port

@KLASwork @GetSpectrum I never had a problem with service from Spectrum (they use Verizon) but this experience really killed me.
