Mosher, 76, retired Government Printing Office employe who died Tuesday at his home, 6308 Forty-seventh avenue, Riverdale, will be buried tomorrow in Fort Lincoln Cemetery. He retired in 1937 as a proofreader and printer after 30 years' service. Mr. Mosher was a former member of the Eastern Presbyterian Church, 609 Maryland avenue N.E., and had belonged to the Riverdale Presbyterian Church since moving to that community 19 years ago. He also was a member of the Mount Herman Masonic Lodge in Hyattsville. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.

Miller, 58, attorney and former director of Military Government, division of the Provost Marshal Office during World War II, died rday in his home, 14 Oxford street, Chevy Chase. Md. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the Gawler funeral home, 1756 Pennsyl vania avenue N.W. Burial will be in the Washington Hebrew Congregation Cemetery.

An associate director of the School of Military Government, Miller helped to establish military government schools in universities and colleges in this country. A native of Lexington. he practiced law at Lexington after he received his bachelor of laws degree from the University of Kentucky. Col. Miller was assistant solicitor of the Bureau of Internal Revenue in 1920 and executive director of the National Labor Board from 1933 to 1934.

During World War he rose from the rank of private to captain and aide-de-camp to Maj. Gen. E. H. Crowder, provost marshal general.

He had served in the Army, judge advocate general department and provost marshal department, from 1942 to 1947. Col. Miller was partner in the law firm of Miller, Sher and Oppenheimer here. He was a member of the American Bar Association, the District Bar Association and Delta Chi Fraternity. He also was member -of the Army and Navy Club here and the Woodmont Country Club.

Bethesda, Md. The District Bar Association will have a committee of 11 to represent it at his funeral tomorrow. He is survived by his widow Mrs. Florence B. Miller; a son, Jesse I.
